Red Flags: Recognizing Serious Pathologies in Low Back Pain

1 hour

About the Course

Red flags are used in clinical practice to identify patients at risk for a serious underlying disease. The Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative (CCGI) has developed this 1-hour learning module to help clinicians understand how they can implement patient-focused red flag questions. Over the next hour, we will review low back pain, appropriate imaging, red flags, and four clinical cases. There will be a 10-question quiz at the end of this learning module. Participants are required to achieve 80% on the final quiz in order to receive a certificate of completion.
